Darrel Gregory will be talking about his book ‘Three Stripes, I’m Out’ – an account of his journey in the Royal Air Force.   Darrel spent 23 years in the Royal Air Force working closely with Chinook helicopters. He was part of the Falklands Task Force in 1982, supporting the legendary “Bravo November,” operation and later served on NATO operations in the former Yugoslavia. During the COVID lockdowns, he began writing down his memories, which became his first book in 2020.   There will be the opportunity to purchase a copy of the book and have it signed by the author. This event takes place in the Conference Rooms, 3rd Floor, Central Library
