These super-portable telescopes are easy to use and are great for introducing younger children to astronomy. With 30x magnification, they can be used to observe both the night-sky and terrestrial objects.

Each real play home pack includes a physical activity board game, adventure and activity books, sports equipment, including 3 balls, 3 cones, and Mini Challenge Cards with over 100 progressive challenges. Available from all branches.
Nature Explorer Packs are available to borrow from the Central & Stopsley libraries. Includes spotter sheets, nature ID guides, magnifiers & more! Age 3+. Adult supervison required.

Jigsaw puzzles are good for your brain and can help you remember things better. They can also make you feel calm and happy, and can be a fun way to spend time with others. Puzzles for dementia come in 13, 35, 63, and 100 pieces. The manufacturer recommends 63 and 100 piece puzzles for early-stage dementia and 13 and 35 pieces for mid-stage dementia.
